How can I deposit via bank transfer?
Choose “Bank transfer” from the available options on our “Deposit” page and choose the amount you want to deposit. Once you click the “Deposit” button, you will be shown bank transfer details, including a payment reference at the top that you will need to include with your payment request (via your bank).
Please take care to quote (for phone transfers) or enter (for online or ATM transfers) this reference correctly when submitting the payment request with your bank. If the reference is entered incorrectly or the information provided is incomplete, it can cause a delay in the funds being applied to your Colossus account.
Where are the funds from my bank transfer?
Bank transfer is the only deposit method that is not instant because we need to wait to receive the funds from your bank before crediting your Colossus account.
If your deposit is taking longer than 3 working days, please contact your bank for assistance. If they confirm the payment has been sent, please ask for a proof of payment so that we can trace the payment.
How can I withdraw via bank transfer?
Choose “Bank transfer” from the dropdown on our “Withdrawal” page and you will be requested to provide the bank account details the funds should be sent to.
To prevent any delay in receiving your withdrawal, please send a copy of your bank statement which shows your name, address and bank details to [email protected]. Any sensitive transactional information can be redacted. NB You do not need to send a copy of your bank statement if you’ve done this for a previous transaction via the same bank account.
UK customers will need to provide a sort code and account number, non-UK customers will need to provide an IBAN and SWIFT code.
What is an IBAN?
IBAN stands for International Bank Account Number and is used to identify individual accounts. You can find your IBAN on your bank statement.
What is a SWIFT code (or SWIFTBIC)?
A SWIFT code is an 8 or 11-character bank code used to identify banks and financial institutions globally for effective bank transfers. You can usually find your bank’s SWIFT code in your bank account statement.
