Colossus is obliged to know who each of our customers is. We take our responsibility to ensure compliance with this requirement very seriously.
Colossus checks that all customers are aged 18 years or over. If we can’t verify that you are over 18 years of age within 72 hours of transacting with us, we will suspend your Colossus account until we can. During this time, you will be prevented from withdrawing funds from your Colossus account.
We also conduct 'behavioural monitoring' to satisfy ourselves that the frequency or amount that you are gambling does not amount to 'abuse'. Colossus may reach out to you asking to be supplied with some supportive ID. Reasons for doing this include but are not limited to: fraud prevention, protecting young and vulnerable, the processing of withdrawal requests, and bonus entitlement verification.
