First check that you are logged in. Then:
- If the "Play" button does not appear under your betslip, make sure you’ve made at least one selection in each leg of the pool.
- If the "Play" button appears under your betslip but you are getting an error message when you try to click, make sure you have enough funds in your wallet to cover the cost of the ticket.
