All debit or credit card deposits will appear in your account as being paid to "Colossus" and funds will appear in your Colossus account as soon as your card issuer has authorised the transaction.
The card holders name must match the name registered on your Colossus account.
To provide an extra level of security, your deposit may be processed via MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa. If your card issuer participates, you may be requested to enter a PIN number or Password to approve the payment on a secure and private page hosted by your bank. Colossus does not see any of this information.
Colossus WILL NOT charge you for any deposits made to your Colossus account. However, please be aware that some credit card companies consider betting transactions as 'cash' payments, and may charge you a cash advance fee. You are advised to check with your card issuer for more information before placing a deposit.
- I can’t see an option to deposit via card?
Due to licencing arrangements we can’t offer all of our deposit methods to all of our customers. We will only display the payment methods available to customers in your country.
- Can I use a prepaid card?
We accept a variety of prepaid cards but please first check with your card issuer that they will process payments to online gambling companies.
- Can I register multiple cards to my Colossus account?
Only one credit or debit card can be registered to your Colossus account at any one time. If you wish to deposit with a different card than the one registered to your account you’ll first need to delete the registered card. To do this, click on the debit/credit card icon and select "Delete Card". You are now free to enter new card details.
- How do I update an expired card?
You’ll need to register your new card on your Colossus account. As only one credit or debit card can be registered to your Colossus account at any one time you’ll first need to delete your expired card. To do this, click on the debit/credit card icon and select "Delete Card". You are now free to enter new card details.
- My card currency differs from my chosen Colossus currency!
Should your debit or credit card currency differ from the currency selected for your Colossus account, your deposit amount will be converted at the standard exchange rate.
